       Planning and facilitating the development of multi-agency information networks at national and global scales. The focus to date has been on biodiversity and other environmental information for policy development, decision support, research and public education.

        -  contractor to United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) on ECOLEX initiative to provide global access to information on environmental law, a joint project of UNEP and IUCN

        -  contractor to the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) to build a prototype of the Clearing-house Mechanism. Member of the Informal Advisory Committee on the Clearing-house Mechanism to the CBD Secretariat
